Making money is usually the goal for any business. This planning stage should be the time to decide not only how to create profits, but also how to eliminate time-consuming products and services. If something you sell is time consuming now, imagine if you multiplied it times its full potential to the entire world. This is usually a difficult process when starting out. I know at the launch of any of my sites, I was just happy to sell anything. But if your goal is to have a successful online business, and you are serious about this, the day will come when you wish you had never offered that 'widget" that takes 3 staff members and entire day to assemble.
